But now, the massive ranch will be developed into 30 lots with homes starting at $1 million to $1.5 million.

Owners will even be allowed to have horse stalls on their lots.

But all of those buildings have been torn down in favor of new multi-million dollar homes.

The ranch was sold in 1999 to the Palm Beach County School District while Reynolds was in bankruptcy.

School officials had planned to build a middle school on the property, but instead they sold the property to developer K. Hovnanian Homes for $5million.

Reynolds went into cardiac arrest and died at Jupiter Medical in Florida on Thursday morning, surrounded by his family.

He was best known for his roles in 1972's Deliverance, 1977's Smokey and the Bandit, and 1997's Boogie Nights - the last of which earned him an Oscar nomination.

He was also filming Quentin Tarantino's new movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood alongside Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio at the time of his death.

The film is expected to hit theaters in 2019.
