Kellogg man faces arraignment for quadruple execution-style murder charges

Update:

Majorjon Kaylor has pled not guilty to four counts of 1st-degree murder and one count of burglary in court Wednesday morning, according to Natalie Grant with KXLY, who was present in court.

The Story:

Majorjon Kaylor is expected in court on Wednesday morning in Shoshone, Idaho, for an arraignment hearing. Kaylor is charged with four counts of 1st-degree murder and one count of burglary.

The probable cause affidavit filed with the court states that four victims were found killed, shot to death execution style, at their home in Kellogg, Idaho. Kenneth Guardipee, Kenna Guardipee, Devin Smith, and a minor victim identified as A.S. in court documents were all found dead of a gunshot wound to the head at close range, according to police.

Majorjon Kaylor and his family lived in an apartment directly above the victims. The week before the murders, Majorjon's wife Kaylie Kaylor had called the police after witnessing Devin Smith, one of the victims, performing elicit acts in a window while looking at their minor-aged daughter.

Majorjon reportedly brought the incident to the attention of Devin's mother, Kenna Guardipee, and his grandfather, Kenneth Guardipee. Majorjon and Kaylie also reported the incident to police, who were investigating the incident.

Majorjon told officers who responded to the reported shooting that he became upset when they seemed to not take his concerns with Devin Smith seriously. Majorjon said he "snapped, lost it," and "did something about it."

Kenneth, Kenna and A.S. were found dead with a single gunshot wound to the right temple from close range. Devin Smith was found dead, hiding behind a door on his knees, slumped forward. He had multiple gunshot wounds to the head.

Kaylie Kaylor told the police who interviewed her at the scene that Majorjon handed her his phone, keys and wallet after the shooting and asked her to hold onto them. She also witnessed Majorjon put a belt, holster and gun in his black Dodge pickup and overheard him say he had killed four people over the phone, according to the Affidavit.

Majorjon is expected to enter a plea deal at the arraignment on Wednesday.
